It is native to tropical regions of Central and South America.

    • Leaves: Dieffenbachia White Etna is known for its large, attractive white and green variegated leaves. The leaves are broad, and have a distinctive white center with green edges.
    • Growth: The plant is a tropical plant that typically grows to a height of 2-4 feet (0.6-1.2m) indoors. It has a bushy, upright growth habit and can spread to a width of 2-3 feet (0.6-0.9m).
    • Light:  Prefers bright, indirect light. It is sensitive to direct sunlight and can develop leaf scorch if exposed to too much direct light.
    • Water: Moderate watering, allowing the soil to partially dry out between waterings.
    • Temperature: Best temperature range is between 65°F to 80°F (18°C to 27°C). Avoid placing it in areas with cold drafts or sudden temperature changes, as this can damage the plant.
    • Soil: Prefers well-draining potting soil that retains moisture. A combination of potting soil, peat, and perlite or sand will ensure proper drainage and aeration.
    • Toxicity: Like other Dieffenbachia varieties, it is considered mildly toxic if ingested, as it contains calcium oxalate crystals that can cause mouth and throat irritation.Kept away from pets and children.
